City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.

We are excited to announce the launch of the vendor applications for the 2023 Mush, Music & Mutts Festival on Saturday, October 21st in Uptown Shelby!

We are especially interested in vendors with liver mush-related angles, high-quality products/services, unique and/or handcrafted items, and positive experiences for our attendees. 

Our Early Bird rates will be available until May 16th, then prices will increase to the standard rate.
