CITY OF SHELBY: Natural Gas work on Meadowbrook Lane starting, Monday, February 7th

City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Feb. 3.

A contractor for the City of Shelby will begin working on the natural gas main located on Meadowbrook Lane (between Peach Street and Richards Drive) starting on Monday, February 7 from approximately 7:30 am to 5:00 pm daily.  Work on the natural gas main is anticipated to take one week; weather permitting.  Expect personnel, vehicles and equipment along and in the roadway with possible lane closures in the 900 block of Meadowbrook Lane and at the intersection with Peach Street.  Monitor the City’s website (www.cityofshelby.com), and Facebook and Instagram accounts (@cityofShelby).  The City appreciates your cooperation with this critical infrastructure improvement.  If you have any questions, please contact Customer Services at 704-484-6866
