issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.

Beginning on Tuesday, December 27, a contractor for the City of Shelby will be resurfacing the following streets in the Rollingwood neighborhood: Rollingwood Dr., Fairfax Dr., Kelly Cir., Castlewood Dr., Hunter Valley Rd., Bryson Rd., and Caldwell Cir.

 Expect personnel, vehicles, and equipment along and in the road with temporary lane closures while work is ongoing.  

Please do not park vehicles on the street in this area, or place leaf or brush piles in the street.  Work in this area is anticipated to last approximately one week; weather permitting. Monitor the City’s website (www.cityofshelby.com), and Facebook and Instagram accounts (@cityofShelby).
