City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Oct. 9. 

Starting on Monday, October 11, E Graham Street will be closed between Hillside Drive and Montrose Drive for a stormwater culvert replacement project. The road closure is expected to last approximately 14 days; weather permitting. Local traffic will be able to access the block during this time. A detour will be set up using Hillside Drive, Montrose Circle and Montrose Drive.
