CITY OF SHELBY: Tree Trimming Work and Installation of Christmas lights on Live Oak Trees Schedule

City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.

Friendly Reminder: City of Shelby crews will be doing tree trimming work and installation of Christmas lights on live oak trees in Uptown Shelby this month. 

During this time, parking spaces in the area where work is being performed will be closed for the public’s safety. A schedule of work to be performed is listed below.

Monday, October 10 – S. Lafayette St. between W. Warren St. and W Arey St. (South Bound Side)

Tuesday, October 11 – S. Lafayette St. between W. Arey St. and W. Graham St. (South Bound Side)

Wednesday, October 12 – S. Lafayette St. Between W. Graham St. and W. Arey St. (North Bound Side)

Thursday, October 13 – S. Lafayette St. between W. Arey St. and W. Warren St. (North Bound Side)
