County of Cleveland issued the following announcement on May 23.

The annual Cleveland County Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service took place today at the Fallen Heroes Memorial Park in Shelby.  This service is dedicated in honor and remembrance of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to the citizens of Cleveland County.
