NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Cleveland County Board of Commissioners will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 8:00 am in the Commissioners Chamber of the Charles Harry Administration Building, 311 E. Marion Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
