County of McDowell Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.
Working out with your kids looks different for everyone and every child.
Some just play, some want in on the workout, and some just want to
hang and watch. There is no age limit on the kids who come to class.
It’s never too late or too early to show them how to live a healthy active lifestyle!!
Join us tomorrow (Wednesday) for class! We will meet at the Rec Department at 5:30!
Remember class is FREE!
