Cherryville home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Cherryville rose by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 20.4% increase over the $69,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Cherryville in the second half of 2017.
