County of Mcdowell issued the following announcement on Jul. 15.
ALL Applicants (excluding DSS) please complete the following forms:
(Standard Application, Continuation Sheet, References, Drug Screening Consent, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and Confidential Info Release).
For applicants of DSS positions, please complete the following forms:
(PD 107 Standard Application, PD 107 Continuation Sheet, References, Drug Screening Consent, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and Confidential Info Release).
Applications will not be considered unless all forms are completed and submitted to Human Resources.
Each form is in the Adobe PDF format. You may complete each form electronically or print a blank form and complete it by hand. Either way you must submit signed forms to the Human Resource Office in order to process your application.
