City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Aug. 6.
This notice is to inform the general public and the media and is conducted in accordance with the mandates of North Carolina General Statutes 160A-71 and 143-318.12 (a), that the Special Meeting called by City Council and scheduled for August 4, 2021, has been postponed and will be rescheduled for a date to be determined in the future.
