City of Marion issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
The Joseph McDowell Historical Catawba River Greenway will reopen today, Friday August 20, at 2 p.m. We want to thank City Crews for spending the last few days cleaning up mud and debris left behind from Tropical Storm Fred.
