Children have been less affected by COVID-19 compared with adults, but they can get sick from COVID-19 and spread it. Data and maps featuring COVID-19 trends in children aged 0–17 can help highlight the impact of the pandemic on this age group. These data are important for understanding how children are affected by COVID-19 and for taking action to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among children.
