City of Marion issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
City of Marion Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Offices will reopen on Friday, Nov. 12. Residential garbage, recycling and street trash collection will run on a normal schedule the week of November 8 - November 12. There will be a partial brush collection the week of November 8 - November 12.
