City of Gastonia issued the following announcement on May 27.

Lineberger Pool will be closed this weekend, May 28 through May 30 due to lifeguard shortages. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We need lifeguards so we can open the Lineberger pool! Lifeguards are hired through the Trident Pool group: www.cltlifeguard.com
