City of Marion issued the following announcement on June 29.
The City of Marion is currently performing maintenance work on Oak Grove Cemetery’s Dove of Peace Mausoleum II.
Visitors to the cemetery may notice missing pieces of marble at the top of the mausoleum.
These pieces have been ordered and will be replaced when they are received.
Because of supply chain issues, this project may take a few months to complete.
