County of Rutherford issued the following announcement on July 18.
Applicants who are interested in applying for a full-time Administrative Secretary position must meet the minimum criteria to apply:
(1) High School Diploma or GED.
(2) Business Degree preferred but not required.
(3) Great computer skills and organizational skills.
(4) Basic typing skills.
(5) Operational knowledge and familiarity of Microsoft Office and Excel.
(6) Be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
(7) DCI Certified preferred.
If interested in applying, you must obtain and submit a full application through the front office. You must submit along with your application a resume outlining your current experience in this field. All interested applicants within the Sheriff’s Office will only need to submit a Letter of Intent on why you are interested in this position.
