City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
The City of Shelby’s Housing Department is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, August 16, from 10 am until 3 pm, at 801 Logan Street in Shelby.
As a thank you for helping save lives, all blood donors will receive a Free OneBlood beach towel, and a $20 eGift card to participating retailers!
Plus, all donors will receive a wellness checkup which includes blood pressure, temperature, iron count, pulse, and cholesterol screening.
