City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Nov. 1.
The City of Shelby will be making sewer repairs in the intersection of Blanton Street and Whisnant Street today.
Work on the line is anticipated to be completed by 5 p.m. today.
When traveling in the area, use caution of crews working in the roadway.
No service interruptions are expected during this time.
