City of Shelby issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.
Due to Construction, South Morgan Street will be CLOSED between West Graham and West Warren streets for the following dates:
- Road CLOSED Tuesday, January 3 at 8:00 a.m.
- RE-OPEN Friday, January 6 at 5:00 p.m.
- Road CLOSED Monday, January 9 at 8:00 a.m.
- RE-OPEN January Friday, 13 at 5:00 p.m.
