City of Shelby issued the following announcement on March 1.
The City of Shelby Stormwater Division would like to invite you to virtually join in the Stormwater Runoff hosted by the Regional Stormwater Partnership of the Carolinas March 12-18.
During this virtual race, participants gain a better understanding of reducing stormwater pollution by photographing storm drains, streams, litter, and other features that may impact water quality along your chosen route.
