Census Bureau: 77.7% of people in Cleveland County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 98,898 citizens living in Cleveland County in 2021, 77.7% were old enough to vote, equating to 76,849 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 36,597 were male, constituting 47.6%, and 40,252 were female, making up 52.4%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Cleveland County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 77.8%.
