On Sunday, November 12, former Meadowcreek High School standout, DQ Nicholas’ current college team, the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs, lost 62-77 in their NCAA D1 game against the Baylor Bears.

The game took place in Waco, Texas. This was the first matchup against the Baylor Bears this season.
