On Wednesday, January 31, former Providence Christian Academy standout, Chance Thacker’s current college team, the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs, won 80-73 in their NCAA D1 game against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

The game took place in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. This was the first matchup against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs this season.
