On Sunday, November 19, former Mountain Island Charter School standout, Anthony Phillips’ current college team, the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs, lost 70-71 in their NCAA D1 game against the Yale Bulldogs.

The game took place in Moncton, New Brunswick. This was the first matchup against the Yale Bulldogs this season.
