- Let us know next time you come in to pay your bill
- Write your new contact number on your bill stub before mailing your payment
- Email cust.service@cityofshelby.com and provide your name, address and new contact number

Why is it important for the City of Shelby to have current customer contact information?
- So we can contact you when needed to discuss your account
- So you can be notified about power outages that may affect your area
- So you can receive notifications of a past due bill or pending disconnection of service
