Your firm is invited to submit a bid to the Owner for construction of 1204 Gidney Street Drainage. Bids will be received via email to lucas@odomengineering.com , Tyler.Brooks@cityofshelby.com by 2:00pm local time on Tuesday, February 8th, 2022.
Project bid will be a unit price bid in accordance with detailed plans and bid forms.
Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.
Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and award jobs individually based on the bids and available funds. A $250 per day liquidated damages clause will be required on all jobs.
The project shall be started within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed 14 days after mobilization. Rain days will be given as needed.
